Austen Mabe

Austen focuses on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including those for the acquisition, leasing, and financing of retail, multi-family, office, and industrial facilities.

In addition to previously working for firms in Charlotte and Atlanta, Austen most recently served as a member of the legal department of one of Charleston, South Carolina’s largest employers, where he focused on commercial real estate and general corporate transactions. Originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Austen graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Economics. He earned his law degree at Wake Forest. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

Austen serves on the Title Standards Committee of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia. He is a board member of Creative Community Services. Austen graduated from Leadership North Fulton in 2017.
