Mandy Williams
Mandy focuses her practice on complex commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the representation of commercial lenders and real estate investors. She regularly drafts and negotiates loan documents and purchase and sale agreements for a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions. Her practice also encompasses extensive title and survey review, as well as the drafting and negotiation of complex easement agreements and commercial leases.
Mandy received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
